Hi! I'm Kim DiFillippo.

A holistic business coach for women passionate about helping you to cultivate your business from a place of alignment and joy while supporting you in blossoming into your highest self.

I’ve made over $600,000 in revenue in my business in 4 years completely online with no paid ads, no funnels or passive courses, and a pretty freaking small audience.

I don’t post online every day (most weeks it’s 3 posts a week but some weeks it’s nothing)

I have 2 small kids (2 and 4 when I started, now 6 and 8 year old boys) and homeschooled them—while living and traveling full time in an RV—for 1.5 years of my biz

95% of my social media post images have been selfies of me and my kids

I had zero sales experience before jumping into entrepreneurship (I was a Physician Assistant in OB/GYN and pediatrics!)

It wasn’t always this way.

In the beginning I spent several months completely f*cking overwhelmed and lost before hiring a 1:1 coach, but even then I still went through a lot of trial and error and growth to develop a way that worked and felt good for me.

I’m a shy, socially awkward, highly sensitive tall girl with ADHD whose defaults used to be people pleasing, perfectionism, and staying small. (Thankfully I’ve done a lot of healing on those last 3 over the last couple of years but they were still very much present for the first half of my business.)

Running a business—especially as a mom, but this totally applies with or without kids!—is definitely not always easy. But I firmly believe it doesn’t have to be complicated.

All of the things I’m teaching in this program were massive gamechangers for me, then my private coaching clients, and I’m passionate about bringing this work to even more women like YOU.

Because we get to have businesses that light us up, feel good, and make us great money.

So what’s a soul-aligned client?

It’s really the same thing as what you might hear as an “ideal client”...but also it’s much more than that.

And ideal client is someone you’d love to serve and work with.

A soul-aligned client is that PLUS someone who GETS you, you get in return, and you just vibe really well with.

It’s getting to be friends with your clients AND get paid for it.

OK...and what does all of this look like?

14 weeks together with me and other badass women like you.

It’s part course, part group coaching program, part community. You get to choose your own adventure. :)

Come at your own pace and get support in the combination (some or all of it!) that feels the most in alignment with where you’re at and what you need.

It’s all available to you, and although I hope that I get to connect with you during the program, I don’t believe in forced participation. You get to be you and I’ll be there to meet you in that.

Each week I’ll be teaching you some of the tools and methods my clients and I have used to simplify the shit out of things, start booking more calls, and start making more money. You’ll get these recorded trainings in our Thinkific portal every Monday during the program.

In addition to this weekly module you can watch whenever, there will also be a 90 minute group call where you can get spot coaching from me live on the call.

Spot coaching means there’s no “hot seat” forced support ask or set time for each person; if you have a question or something you’d love some coaching and support around, you ask it and I coach you on it. (It can be about our topic for the week but doesn’t have to be. It can be on anything in your business around sales, packages, clients, boundaries…whatever!)

If you’re feeling shy and just want to lurk for a while and soak up the goodness from what others are bringing, that works, too. :)

Here’s what we'll cover…

Week 1 - How and where to find your soul-aligned clients. I have A LOT I’d love to teach you and there’s a lot of mindset and nervous system stuff that makes all of this go faster and smoother, but I want you to feel like you've got some strategy pieces out of the way that you can start taking action on early on.

Week 2 - Simplifying content creation. I’m talking how to make a social media plan that works for YOU. How to figure out how often to post, what to post, where to post, and have more fun doing it.

Week 3 - Integration week. Because….Christmas. Ha. And you have enough on your mind with kids off of school! So this is a week where we’ll have just a group coaching only call with nothing additional to digest/learn.

Week 4 - Mindset matters. Diving into how to uncover and rewrite stories around sales and success that aren't serving you.

Week 5 - Simplified sales calls. How to have fun discovery calls that lead to clients but don’t feel icky, pushy, or involve sales scripts.

Week 6 - Simplifying “problem solving” Where to look and what to tweak when it feels like things just aren’t working. No fancy data or analytics involved. (I still don’t look at mine 4 years in. haha)

Week 7 - Integration week. Coaching call only with no new content to learn or work through so you can get caught up if you need to, process, implement, and get support around what you’ve been learning.

Week 8 - Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. Setting boundaries with clients, around time on social media, etc. so that you can clear any fear around calling in so many clients that you aren’t present for yourself or your family. If you’re already stressed and feeling like you’re always on your phone checking for/responding to client messages, you aren’t likely to feel excited to call in MORE clients. :)

Week 9 - Fun, celebrations, and pleasure. Why this is so important in simplifying things, increasing confidence and decreasing overwhelm.

Week 10 - Simplifying packages and pricing/mapping out capacity. This is a big one that easily gets overcomplicated—oooorrrr you just get overwhelmed and don’t wanna look at it at all. So we’re gonna clear that here.

Week 11 - Integration week. Coaching call only with no new content to learn or work through so you can get caught up if you need to, process, implement, and get support around what you’ve been learning.

Week 12 - Money matters.

Week 13 - What to do if a client ISN’T soul-aligned. How to have tough conversations and clear the path for new soul-aligned clients.

Week 14 - Tying it all together and wrapping it up.

Bonus module - Regulated nervous system basics Breaking down what we mean when we talk about our nervous systems, what it means to be regulated/dysregulated and some basic tools you can start using immediately to start feeling more calm and less overwhelmed in your business.

  • 14 weeks but you get access to it for “life” (aka as long as internet is still a thing. ha)

  • Wednesdays at 10AM PT. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to Thinkific within 24 hours so don’t worry if you can’t make it live!

  • It’s amazing when you can show up live to the calls, but all the replays will go into your Thinkific portal to watch later. So there’s totally no pressure to do so. I get that you have a lot on your plate and we live all over the world. :)

  • Absolutely! All the training modules and call recordings will be in your Thinkific portal for you to return to and catch up on when you’re ready and you can jump into any coaching call in the program, even if you haven’t been to prior ones yet.

  • The last round of the program is $1,444 USD if paid in full. There will always be payment plans available if that’s more your style.

  • Just head up to any of the blue buttons and click on it, then sign up to join the waitlist to be the first to hear when doors open for the next round and an exclusive discount when they do!

  • No refunds, doll. Keeping our commitments is key to sustainable business success. But I’ll always show up with my best and am here to support you to the best of my ability if you have any concerns that pop up during the program.

    However, there are rare circumstances where something is just not a good fit or extreme life events happen, and in those times, exceptions may be made at my discretion.

  • Nope! These tools and strategies can be applied (and I’m here to coach you through how to customize them) to any type of online business. I’ve used these same tools and strategies to build and scale my podcast production business and also with my coaching business.

    This program still applies whether you are offering done-for-you services, 1:1 work, courses, memberships, group programs, etc. It’s not specific to any one type of offer, audience, or business.

  • I do my absolute best to provide an inclusive and safe space for everyone and I’ve done (and continue to do) work around anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion and believe in my ability to coach and work with anyone.

    That being said, I will fully own that I am a cishet white woman and therefore have my own filters and life experiences and sometimes might get things wrong.

    But if I ever f*ck something up, I am always dedicated to a conversation around it and making it right in a way that honors and supports your experience. And I am dedicated to always working to keeping the space in general a safe and supportive space for all.

  • Totally get that. Especially if you’ve had not so great (or unfortunately even harmful) experiences with other coaches, it’s totally normal to feel a little more hesitant before investing with someone new. I’d suggest checking out the replays from Soul-Aligned Sales Made Simple which was a free 5 day livestream series to get a feel for me and my style to see if it’s a good fit for you. And you’re always welcome to hit me up on IG and we can chat things out and get to know each other a little better in the DMs.

  • I don’t currently have a scholarship program available, but would love to offer this next year when we run the program again.

  • I fully believe in this work and that it can totally shift the way you feel and show up in your business, and in my ability as your coach to help you feel seen, supported, and guided to creating a soul-aligned sales process and business.

    However, I can’t guarantee specific results (no one can actually) because 1) everyone’s situations and goals are different and 2) I can and will empower you with the tools to change the game in your biz but I can’t take the actions for you and 3) honestly sometimes there are deeper trauma wounds that need attention and healing through additional support from deeper coaching or a therapist in order to take those actions consistently.

    If you show up consistently, do the inner (mindset) and outer (strategy/aligned actions) work, and get support/ask for help where and when needed you will be in the best place possible to get the results you’re looking for.

    Basically no two clients are the same so no two results will be the same. :)
